Brittany is incredible. She goes above and beyond her job description. She is incredibly responsive, answering all our questions right away! Not sure how she does it to be honest. She’s a pleasure to work with, makes what can be a stressful process fun. I’d recommend her with flying colors to anyone trying to buy or sell a house. Britt is a genuine, kind person and exceptional at her job. If you want someone that’s always on her A-game, smart, fun, kind and likable, work with Britt!!

Hands down, Brittany with the Lupe Kemper Team is amazing. We are (admittedly) difficult clients and Brittany was patient and kind with us throughout our entire home search! We purchased contingent on the sale of our current home, and she handled all aspects of BOTH transactions seamlessly. She has a large network of agents (and lenders, contractors, inspectors, etc.) and was able to sell our home without having to list it on the MLS!! We sold over asking price and purchased under asking price! She communicated with us via phone, text, email, and in person, even super late at night a few times! Never made us feel bad about it. She coordinated inspections, couriers, photography, you name it… she handled it for us! She even broke her foot and text from the Emergency Room to ensure our home inspection went according to plan. Now that's commitment to her clients!! We don't plan to purchase or sell again in the future, but if we ever change our mind, Brittany Kemper Marino will be our first choice!

Working with Britney have been the best experience. Starting off, she was aware that I was looking for an upgrade from my current house but I was going to be very picky as I don’t have to move. Britney took the time to understand what I was looking for, she was patient, and more importantly, she didn’t try to “sell” me on anything. There were a couple homes hat I found and ask her for her opinion, and she honestly told me that they’re not the right fit for me and that we’ll continue to look. Finally came across a home that we both thought was a good fit and in a competitive environment, she was spot on on what we needed to offer, price wise and contingency wise. Even before making an offer, there were a few things that I wanted to make sure that we could do and she goes over and beyond and asked her contractor to come with her. Once we got into contract, she lined up all her inspectors and we reinspected the house again so I can be comfortable with what needs to be repaired and about how much it would cost. Buying a house can be stressful, but I never felt any pressure and it’s because I was kept informed every inch of the way. I lost the house I really wanted a couple years back and I’m convinced that if Britney was my agent at that time, no way I would’ve lost the house as I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten this house if it wasn’t for her. She knows the market well and is very connected. In short, working with a good agent matters and Britney is as good as they come! I am both very grateful and feel like I’ve made a new friend that I can call for anything! Don’t learn from your mistakes like I did, Call Britney!

If I could give Brittany unlimited stars I would. She was absolutely amazing through the entire process. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing and she held our hand every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to work with. She stood up for us, answered all our questions, was incredibly responsive, and greatly exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Prior to finding Brittany I worked with a real estate agent who I never met & sent her assistant to assist me in my home hunting process. I was skeptical at first but once I met Brittany I knew I was in good hands. She literally held my hand through this whole process from start to finish. She set zoom calls and in person meetings to thoroughly explain everything that was happening. Brittany provided me with top tier customer service and consistent communication.
