He listed our previous house appropriately for a quick turn around on sale and were very pleased with where everything landed.

Brian's knowledge of the housing market's timing, pricing, and over all logistics played a key role in achieving in less than 7-weeks, the sale (at my asking price) and closing on my home. Following the offer and inspection he was able to identify the important issue's, recommend an action plan that proved to be acceptable to both buyer and seller. Brian is easy to work with, brings great skill sets to the table and an asset to have on your side when selling a home!

Even with a strong initial listing price, we sold our home in the first weekend over asking. He was very effective in communicating with the buying party to ensure a smooth process from the initial offer to the final closing. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience with Brian. I worked with Brian to sell my first house. Since I had never sold a home before, I was nervous going into the process, but Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. He helped me decide on a fair asking price to list the house for, took great photos of the house, and wrote up a nice listing. When two offers came in back-to-back, Brian handled the negotiations with the two buyers' agents quickly and efficiently. When the initial offer that we had accepted fell through, Brian was quick to contact the other interested buyer's agent and get them on board. The rest of the selling process after that went smoothly, and I was able to sell the house at my original asking price. I am looking forward to searching for a new home soon with Brian's help as well.
