Brenda was great to work with as I would purchasing a home unseen from another state. I understand that finding the right place for me is quite challenging as I am very particular. Brenda was amazing to work with for my first home. I had a sense of budget and location but not much else and she was great at helping set some priorities, figure out what to focus in on and not and coached me on the in's and out's of offer, inspection and closing.
