Brandy is a great realtor. She’s been supportive throughout the entire process. This has been a hard market to buy in but she helped us maneuver through this so that we could find a wonderful home that was well within our price range. One thing that I really appreciate about Brandy is she included my 3 children in the process. My kids range from 8-16 and she listened to each of them as they explained what they think is important in homes. She took the time to get to know each of us and I value those personal touches that you rarely get anymore. At the end of our home buying experience, I really feel that Brandy is a friend not just our realtor. I’m very comfortable recommending her to all of our friends.
Brandy was our realtor during this crazy 2022 market! From the beginning, Brandy was organized and very thorough when explaining the home buying process to my husband and I. It was evident that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. When we met to see a home, she was always early to the appointment and was able to crunch the numbers right away in order for us to make an offer within a few hours. In addition, she was ALWAYS available to see a home at the drop of a hat, which is so important in this market. It’s time for a quick story about a real estate agent who is unlike any other. It all started in 2017 when the Great Bambino of real estate agents, Brandy Nemergut came into our life to help us find our first home! The market was hot, but we were determined to find a piece of property with a large backyard and the garage in the back. AND in central Orange County, CA…. Were we out of our minds? Maybe. Like a leopard chasing down a zebra uphill, Brandy went to work! She found us our perfect starter home right down the street from Disneyland that checked all the boxes! Fast forward to 2021. My wife and I were on the hunt again and were planning to relocate our family right outside of Raleigh. Immediately we called our go to, Brandy to help us get the job done!
