She’s a pro at everything from helping you narrow your wishlist to picking the best homes to tour to helping you make decisions and even making great restaurant suggestions (Osha in Holly Springs…so yum!). She told us to rate each house we saw right there in the moment on a scale of 7 and we couldn’t choose 4. It was awesome - really helped us determine what we were leaning toward and what we wanted to pass on. We opted for a new build, which we’ve never done before, and she guided us through the process seamlessly, handling issues with the builder from big to small, making sure we did interim inspections so everything is perfect in our new home inside and out, and even helping to coordinate the closing since we were handling it from afar. I honestly can’t recommend Brandy enough!!

Brandy truly went above and beyond helping me and my family find our new home. We were moving from California which was nerve wracking and overwhelming. Brandy is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with! I didn’t think it would even be possible, but she made purchasing my home a reality, even though I was overseas. She sent me plenty of video files, which were incredibly helpful, and even created a pro/con list to assist me in making my decision. I encountered Brandy first via her YouTube videos. I was impressed with how enthusiastic and informative she was, so when we decided that the Triangle Area was the place to move after living in Maine for 32 years, she was the first one I contacted. Even though it took us a little time to actually meet face to face, she kept lines of communication open and that has been true throughout our entire relationship. No question is stupid, no concern is ignored and, the most important part is that Brandy actually LISTENED to us so that she could do what was needed to help us find a new residence that would work for us.
