In our experience she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all of our questions and needs were met. She's very responsive and would spend as much time as needed to make sure all of our needs and concerns were met. There are fewer things in life more stressful than buying a new house and moving to another state. Brandy is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with! I didn’t think it would even be possible, but she made purchasing my home a reality, even though I was overseas. She sent me plenty of video files, which were incredibly helpful, and even created a pro/con list to assist me in making my decision. I encountered Brandy first via her YouTube videos. I was impressed with how enthusiastic and informative she was, so when we decided that the Triangle Area was the place to move after living in Maine for 32 years, she was the first one I contacted. As the lady of the house I wanted to say that Brandy was a major comfort for me seeing that we were purchasing and making decor selections from across the country. Brandy took the time to actually go to our home design appointment and literally hold up each decor selection by hand from the flooring to hardware to show me our options. At one point she even took the cabinetry selection closer to a window so I could get a better perspective on color.
