I closed on my new home in April. Purchasing a new build in NC from MD is not for the faint of heart. It's amazing how the internet can connect you with someone you didn't know you needed until you did! My husband and I were watching YouTube videos to research areas around Raleigh, North Carolina. We were drawn to Brandy's videos. They were concise, informative and quick paced. We contacted Brandy letting her know we were flying in for several days to look at properties. During our conversation, Brandy asked us questions about what we were looking for and then more importantly she listened. Really listened. When we arrived from the airport we hit the ground running. During that first day, Brandy did a great job of organizing our time and then listening so that properties that didn't fit our criteria were eliminated. Brandy didn't try to convince us to buy something just to make a sale. What Brandy did was work with us to find the property that was the right one for us! Brandy is a wealth of information.
