Wow....where do we start? We found Brandy via her YouTube videos when we first started researching the greater Raleigh area. Her videos were hugely helpful. Our Story started in June 2022 when we saw a house for sale in Meadow Bluffs. I called our son, who is our mortgage guy with Canopy Mortgage and he immediately got us in touch with Brandy. Within no time at all we got a call from Brandy who immediately set up an appointment to view the house the next day.
