By happenstance I came across Brandy’s YouTube channel while researching the Raleigh area. Her videos provided a wealth of information about the various communities in the Triangle area and she was able to help even more with a discovery call and several helpful guides. As a first time homebuyer, Brandy was surely our rock as we encountered many hurdles with the builder’s lender along the way. As the lady of the house I wanted to say that Brandy was a major comfort for me seeing that we were purchasing and making decor selections from across the country. Brandy took the time to actually go to our home design appointment and literally hold up each decor selection by hand from the flooring to hardware to show me our options. At one point she even took the cabinetry selection closer to a window so I could get a better perspective on color. Brandy is top notch and if you want that added comfort and attention to detail she is your agent.

Wow....where do we start? We found Brandy via her YouTube videos when we first started researching the greater Raleigh area. Her videos were hugely helpful.
