We found Brandy on YouTube when looking to move from CA to NC. She had very informative videos about Raleigh and the surrounding areas with highlights and things to watch for when buying in NC. Our Story started in June 2022 when we saw a house for sale in Meadow Bluffs. I called our son, who is our mortgage guy with Canopy Mortgage and he immediately got us in touch with Brandy. Within no time at all we got a call from Brandy who immediately set up an appointment to view the house the next day. We didn't get the house but decided to build a new house in that development of which Brandy was instrumental in the process. Her insight and knowledge was huge especially as this was our first new home build and at age 71 it could have been very stressful; but, Brandy walked us through every step of the build to close with professionalism and care. However, it didn't end there as we had our old house to sell, along with the new build, therefore Brandy addressed many of our questions regarding both properties.
