Coming from a place and a state where I had very little knowledge of the market, Blake was incredibly knowledgable and was able to find exactly what I was looking for at the price point aimed for!

We were house hunting from out of state with 5 kids in tow. Blake was extremely kind and patient. He mapped everything out ahead of time so we could cover as many stops as possible without tons of back tracking.

My husband and I had so much fun and success shopping around the cities for a home with Blake. We are so excited we found a forever home with his help this summer! At every home, he was honest and candid, and took his time with us to ensure we understood our options and what things meant. He went above and beyond multiple times in the process- including late night phone calls, joining calls with our mortgage consultant, making last minute showings work, keeping us apprised of every single step over text- he’s exceptional at what he does. Another great aspect of working with Blake was his connections, he made every step of the process so easy and if we ever needed a name for someone like an inspector for example he was quick to help recommend and fine someone for us! Going forward with any real estate needs we’ll absolutely be returning to work with Blake!
