When we first discussed our property with Billy, he was excited for the opportunity and yet also guarded due to the fact we were offering two parcels, each with its own buildings, as a single sale. He helped us get tuned in to the things we needed to do for a good looking listing, had professional photos taken (they were breathtaking) and helped us find the appropriate listing price. When we got the offer, Billy helped us decide what we needed in the way of a counter offer and once both parties agreed, he went through the PA line by line explaining what it all meant. Very thorough! Leading up to close there were some issues that surfaced and Billy was right there helping us get them resolved acting as coach and liason. Great service and dedication the entire way to ensure we had a positive selling experience. Billy came into my home for the first consultation and hit the ground running. His knowledge of the market was impressive. He listed the items that should/could be addressed for my home and even offered what things could be done to achieve my biggest payback. His timely and professional communication was received during challenging times of market chaos and a relocation across the US. It was more than just a business transaction but more of a partnership. He put himself in our sboes and became part of the family. He is definitely not your average run of the mill realtor. He truly has your best interests in mind, and will do all he can for you to make your transition positive and successful. His kind words and consoling to keep you leveled headed through the process was much appreciated as well. I couldn't recommend another person that could hold a candle to what Billy had provided during our sale. I can't thank him enough for all he did!

Billy was great! He sold our house and helped us find our new home at the same time. He gave great tips on how to price our house to get the most offers. And we got great offers! He Was easy to get ahold of whenever we had questions. Took care of everything and coordinated everything great between us, photographer, bank, other agents, and all the other steps involved. (Which I found out is a lot!!). In helping us to find a house, he was so patient with us. We had some very particular desires for this house, and he was always on the lookout, and we were looking for a couple years!! The market was competitive, and he coached us great on what kind of offers to put in so that we would even be considered. In fact, we weren’t even the highest offer that was submitted to the house we were going for, but Billy knew other “tricks of the trade” to help our offer still look better than even the higher offers!! Billy even had a surgery during his time with us, and when we wanted to see a house that came up, it was the day after he got home from hospital, but since the market was so competitive, he was out with us to look at it anyway! He definitely goes above and beyond, and we weren’t the easiest customers. We got a great offer on our house to sell, and found the perfect home for us to stay in forever!!

Billy's a really knowledgeable person with quick and effective communication. I'm pleased with the way he gets everything done. Wouldn't choose anyone else to do what he does best.
