As a first time home buyer, I could not have navigated through this process without the patience and expertise of Billy! He showed my wife and me many homes before we decided on the perfect one. He never once pushed a house on us that he personally did not feel was a right fit. He has lived in the Metro Detroit area his whole life, so he was very knowledgable of each neighborhood we looked at. Once we finally found the ONE, he was able to negotiate a great deal that was much less than the asking price, along with connecting us with the right people to make the process move quickly. If it wasn't for Bill I'd still be renting! Thanks again Billy, for getting us on the right track on this new chapter of our lives!
