The most organized and experienced Realtor I have worked with so far. It was my first time home buying experience for me, Bill was by far the most professional and easy to work with. Bill was very helpful throughout the whole process. We spent roughly 6 months going to different homes with Bill. During those 6 months, Bill was always quick to respond, booked several showings, and never complained that we were being too slow to find the right home. On top of his patience, he had a strong grasp of where the current market was in the Troy / Rochester Hills area and a fairly good sense of repairs that would be needed in certain houses.
