Bill was very helpful throughout the whole process. We spent roughly 6 months going to different homes with Bill. During those 6 months, Bill was always quick to respond, booked several showings, and never complained that we were being too slow to find the right home. On top of his patience, he had a strong grasp of where the current market was in the Troy / Rochester Hills area and a fairly good sense of repairs that would be needed in certain houses.
