Bill was really great to work with from the beginning. He brought comp information to help us make the decision on the sale price. The photographer that he hired for our pictures was excellent and the pictures for the listing were great. Bill helped us evaluate the offers that were received. Our house sold in one day so we are very happy with the process. He also helped us look for houses to purchase which was difficult as everything was selling so quickly. He took me through many houses and was always responsive when I needed to schedule to see a house. I would definitely work with Bill again if I am buying or selling a house.
