Bill Ristov sold our house in a matter of 48 hours with multiple offers, all above asking! To say that I was pleased is a complete understatement! My husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism. From the photography, communication, his assistant and his ability to bring is qualified buyers was beyond our expectations! I will always refer Bill abs you should to!

Bill was very helpful throughout the whole process. We spent roughly 6 months going to different homes with Bill. During those 6 months, Bill was always quick to respond, booked several showings, and never complained that we were being too slow to find the right home. On top of his patience, he had a strong grasp of where the current market was in the Troy / Rochester Hills area and a fairly good sense of repairs that would be needed in certain houses. It was a pleasure working with Bill and we highly recommend working with him.

Bill was a helpful, reliable and knowledgeable realtor. I am glad that we had him to help us along with the buying process! My fiancé and I are new to the area. Although we have family in this area, he was SO helpful answering all of our questions. He also was very honest with us and really helped us with every aspect, such as construction Ioan recommendations. Since the new build process was brand new to us, it was helpful to have someone who was SO responsive and there to answer every question we had!

I was referred to Bill through a request to Zillow . My apprehensions on working with someone I had no prior knowledge about were quickly put to rest. He listened to understand my needs. Bill is very knowledgeable about the area that I had focused on providing helpful insight. He worked hard to be accommodating to my work schedule and tried to make our searches productive by scheduling a few showings each trip. Bill was also an extra pair of eyes when looking at homes identifying strengths and potential red flags. Would highly recommend him. By the way, he also did an excellent job selling my condo!

Bill is very honest, goes into detail, very quick in response and made the home buying an easy journey for us . He will be honest in his view points and that helped our decision making.he will also give you sufficient time and space and does push his thoughts . He is a great professional to work with. I would recommend him for anybody looking to buy/sell properties.

Bill gave us a wonderful shopping experience from the start to the end. Bill taught us from the basics and stood with us with all the hiccups and doubts we had. His knowledge about the location, Listing Information, Comparables, negotiation skills, and his research regarding the fair value of the listing impressed us and made our buying experience easier, and gave us more confidence in deciding to buy the property. Bill's exuberant nature makes him easily approachable, always available to clear any questions or concerns. I would definitely work with Bill again from my next property venture.
