Bill provided an invaluable service in helping us in our house hunting and purchasing adventure. We found him on Zillow initially to look at a house that piqued our interest. We met and talked with him every month or so for the first 9 months before honing in on the area and type of house we were interested in. Bill was very helpful, responsive, and encouraging without ever being pushy. Once we had narrowed in on the location and type of house we were looking for, we worked with him to further refine what we were looking for including insight on build year for basement style, and aspects of the house that would retain value. Once we started putting offers in, Bill's professionalism and knowledge of the area was a key resource in putting in a competitive and ultimately successful offer on the house we ended up purchasing. As we worked with banks to find the best loan for us he maintained is cool, calm and collected demeanor despite us pushing deadlines down to the wire to secure the best rate we could. Through inspection and preparing for closing he continued to be responsive and knowledgeable about what tasks needed to be done and when. As closing came, he scheduled the final viewing, closing dates and coordinated with the bank to ensure all the paperwork was in order. Our overall experience with Bill was great! He was a pleasure to work with. In a time where stories of pushy deal closing real estate agents are rampant, Bill provided strong evidence that some bad apples do not spoil a whole industry. Contacted Bill as he is well known by our family both in selling and purchasing homes. We had already purchased a new home when we contacted Bill to list our home. He was able to meet the next day arriving at 1:30 pm to review our current home in Troy. He carefully reviewed each room and the outside and by 3:00 pm he thought he may have a young family that may be interested.
