We had a great experience working with BIll. He worked with us through the entire process, from figuring out what type of house we were looking for all the way up through closing. The first attribute that comes to mind about Bill is patience. We worked with him for over a year in our house search. Through that entire process he was focused on us and helping us find the house of our dreams. He was extremely knowledgeable about the nuances that come with build year, neighborhood and school system in the Troy area. He was easy to schedule house showing with, even on short notice which was a good thing as the house we purchased was only on the market for 4 days!
