I like Ben and he tries to the utmost of his ability to do the best job. However, the one aspect he ran across with selling my property was it was a HOA and there are only two in Ukiah while where I came from in San Mateo, Ca there are loads and you really have to know how they work or one can get lost in the shuffle. Ben sold my condo and I bought through him a condo in Ukiah. So he had three buys going at once and it was a busy week for him besides the other units he sold that week. We ran into a couple of problems but they got straightened out and we all moved to our new homes. Ben is honest and tries to do the best for everyone. and tries his best to accommodate everyone
