When we initially inquired about the home we eventually purchased online Benjamin responded almost immediately. We started as a backup offer on the home as it already had buyers pending, but Benjamin helped get our offer accepted. Benjamin was also an invaluable resource for connecting us to local trades and contractors. This purchase came with many challenges, but Benjamin had a direct line to a skilled and responsive professional whether it was HVAC, Foundation, Septic, Roofing, Electric, or Plumbing. He was often able to coordinate multiple quotes or inspections, so the problems and fixes we needed to make our offer. At the very end of the process we hit another problem due to a plumbing failure that damaged the floor just days before closing. Once again with Benjamin's help we were able to negotiate corrective actions with the seller and get to an agreeable closing. This was not the smoothest home purchase I've been involved with, but in the end we got the deal done which wouldn't have been nearly as fast, and might not have happened at all without his help.
He was very helpful we enjoyed our time working with him he was very patient the first house we made a offer on did not work out when we found another one he negotiated with sellers for a lower price because some repairs were needed
