Ii sold my condo through Ben and bought another condo in Ukiah CA. Ben was responsible for all three sales and buying a replacement place. Except for one glitch with a request from the new buyer for my place requesting a removal of an item at the last minute ' Neither realtor understood what the association really wanted. And so we had to work out exactly what had to be done. It was rough going for about 5 minutes talking to the other realtor and his pushiness while Ben stayed calm and all got solved. .

Benjamin was a very patient realtor with a lot of local knowledge and experience. The market was very competitive and Benjamin's advice helped us make the deal that eventually put us in our new home. Ben seemed to be knowledge on all aspects of the business. I had an unusual bad experience but I'm not sure who was at fault. Ben represented both the seller and buyer. I'm not sure if any Realtor can truly represent both parties adequately. There is always going to be a bias. The seller is paying the fee.
