Without Ben's help in negotiating the purchase of my house (a short sale) I would have lost it. He was so diligent throughout the process, and when things bogged down among the various parties involved on the other end, and the sale would have cancelled in 3 or 4 days if not completed, he brought it to my attention and escrow was completed the very next day!!
