He was attentive and committed to helping us find the right house for us, never pressuring us to make an offer or see a house that was out of our price range or preferred area. We looked at about a dozen houses before we found the right one, which happened to be a short sale. It took about 6 months to close the sale. We got a fantastic deal and Ben was supportive, great at communicating updates and explaining what was happening, as it was a long, confusing and nerve-wracking process. Three years later he continues to check in on us to make sure we are happy. When we buy our second house we will absolutely hire Ben. We have already referred him to several friends and family who are just as happy.

He stayed on top of all the paperwork we needed to complete, and kept in constant contact with us to help guide us through the process smoothly. I trust him implicitly, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.
