Ben did an amazing job! Ben is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes, the market, and buying strategy. Ben listened to what I wanted and was looking for. He never pushed me into liking a house to get the sale done. I was in contract on a house that eventually fell through due to inspection issues. If it wasn’t for Ben helping me get to the bottom of what was happening in the house, getting the right people to look at it, and asking the right questions I would have made a decision that would have resulted in unexpected large $$ repairs. Next time I need a Real Estate Agent I am definitely going with Ben again!
Ben was our realtor to purchase our second home and he is great! He's GENUINE, patient, trusting and accommodating. I really felt he had our best interest at heart and would give good advice even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, like on a home I loved but it was overbuilt for the neighborhood and not a good investment. However, he was always supportive of any decision we made and then it became his and he represented what we wanted. I definitely felt we had a partnership. My first experience with a realtor was a pushy sales person who wanted her commission fast so my experience with Ben was way different and it was a great pleasure to work with him. So great that we had him sell our first home after we bought the second home! Ben and Genesis Realty did a great job on the photos and video of the house. Video was so beautiful that I watched it over a dozen times! He sold our house on the first day it went to market and over asking. When our home didn't appraise for the amount offered, he worked with the seller so that we both were happy with the outcome. Buying and selling homes is a big deal and it's great to have someone you can trust to do that with. Ben's that guy and you'll be happy having him by your side to go through the largest purchase of your life!

Ben was wonderful! I had previous experience with another agent that did a great job helping me sell and purchase a home,however, I was unaware that experience was lacking in the previous transactions until working with Ben and his 10+ years of knowledge. My wife and I were recommended Ben and I am glad that we had him help us sell our home when things were cooling down in mid Oct/November. Ben was very pleasant and we did not feel pressured. He let us ask questions and gave us recommendations for what to focus on when getting our home ready for market. For pricing he gave us a range that he felt that our house would sell for and let us pick the price to list it at. Since we had remodeled the home and it turned out great, plus the comps supported a higher price, we listed at the top of the price range. Ben even sent out a video team to do a marketing video that captured the feel of the home and neighborhood; even with drone shots! We had good traffic even at the higher price, but with not fault to the house itself, the feedback from other agents and buyers suggested a different strategy. With our new strategy we received two offers the following weekend! Ben was with us as we weighed the pros and cons of each offer and with his knowledge was able to help us make the best decision and pick the offer that made the most sense. I was leaning towards the other offer until talking with Ben on the phone. We knew that a few repairs needed to be done and Ben was able to outline to the buyer why our numbers were reasonable with our concessions we gave. In the end we sold the house for a bit over our asking price and we couldn't have been happier with the selling process.
