Due to a previous bad experience, I was hesitant when it came to choosing a realtor to sell my home. I had randomly met Ben when looking at a home he was selling a year before and he was so very helpful and answered so many questions and got us a ton of information on the house and the area, even after we weren't able to buy that house. I'm so glad I contacted him when it was time to finally sell my place. There was never any pressure. it was relaxed and easy and the best experience, I could ask for. His team is so helpful and supportive and really a lot of fun to work with. They made my house look awesome and it sold practically before we officially had it on the market. Working with Ben was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We engaged him as our Buyer's Agent to help us purchase a rental property in the Portland area. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking, and proposed other areas to help us expand our search as the market heated up. In all, the process of finding and buying a suitable property in our price range took more than 6 months, but Ben stuck with us the whole time. A number of times, we were outbid, and although this was disappointing for all of us, he picked up right where we had left off and kept the momentum going. Although he was always supportive of our ideas, in a number of cases, he counseled us from rushing into a poor investment. His skills really shone during the purchasing process and the final negotiations. When we couldn't attend the inspection, he was right there in our place. He negotiated an $11.5k reduction in sale price for us to take on the needed repairs -- something for which we were grateful as we believed we could handle many of them ourselves. He stayed on top of all the paperwork we needed to complete, and kept in constant contact with us to help guide us through the process smoothly. I trust him implicitly, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

Ben was so extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was very encouraging and persistent in the extremely fast-paced market when we were buying. I can't imagine having to go through it by ourselves, and we relied on his advice and expertise so very much as we searched. He really took the time to help us figure out what our priorities were and evaluate how much work we really wanted to put into a house. We are so happy with the place we found, and think of Ben every year on our house-buying anniversary. Ben helped us buy our first house earlier this year (yay!) and it was such a great experience!
