Ben and his team at Genesis realty were excellent at helping us understand the difficulties of first time home-buying, and his enthusiasm is heartfelt. Always we felt like we were given his full attention and understanding, and his responses were prompt and informative. Highly recommended.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS **** DREAM **** n nBen! Was INCREDIBLE!!!! He was so HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! n nHe made us very comfortable and confident in territory that was uncharted for us! n nHe knew everything we didn't! There is no one more capable and honest to walk you thru the home buying process!

Working with Ben was great. As clueless first time home buyers he helped us navigate the whole process and kept our spirits up during a time that can be really frustrating and stressful!

Ben helped my husband and I buy our first house in March of 2013. He was attentive and committed to helping us find the right house for us, never pressuring us to make an offer or see a house that was out of our price range or preferred area. We looked at about a dozen houses before we found the right one, which happened to be a short sale. It took about 6 months to close the sale and Ben was great at communicating updates and explaining what was happening, as it was a new process to us. Three years later he continues to check in on us to make sure we are happy. When we buy our second house we will absolutely hire Ben. We have already referred him to several friends and family who are just as happy.

Ben is a great realtor! We would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling their home. He is detail oriented, a great communicator and highly knowledgeable.

Ben was so extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was very encouraging and persistent in the extremely fast-paced market when we were buying. I can't imagine having to go through it by ourselves, and we relied on his advice and expertise so very much as we searched. He really took the time to help us figure out what our priorities were and evaluate how much work we really wanted to put into a house. We are so happy with the place we found, and think of Ben every year on our house-buying anniversary. We highly recommend him to everyone we know, and will use him again in the future whenever we may need to sell/buy another home.

Ben helped us buy our first house earlier this year (yay!) and it was such a great experience! Ben was extremely helpful from the beginning, answering our million questions with patience, staying on the phone with us for hours helping us make our offer; we felt like we were in extremely good hands and we absolutely were. We honestly believe Ben's guidance and support got us our house. He made sure we were confident in our decisions and that we walked away with something we really wanted and could afford. He didn't pressure us, but he also didn't leave us feeling helpless, he was attentive, responsive and somehow always available (although we knew he was crazy busy AND it was during the holidays). We are so grateful to have had his support and we LOVE our new home :) If and when we buy/sell again he will be the one we call - we highly recommend him to new buyers and anyone else buying/selling.

There is NO BETTER Real Estate Agent in the PDX Area!!!! n nHonest! Hard Working! Committed! Caring! Considerate! Great Communication!!! n nThere is no other person I would use! He is the ONLY person you can TRUST!!

Ben is very patient and knowledgeable. We would work with him again anytime.

It was our first home purchase and Ben Farley (realtor @ Genesis Realty) was awesome. I can't say enough about Ben's attentiveness, tenacity, and attention to detail - he was never too busy to help us at every step, and really made us feel like important clients. Even in a crazy seller's market, Ben helped us feel calm about the whole process, and with his guidance we ended up with a house we love at a price we can afford. Do yourself a favor and work with him!

Ben and Morgan were great to work with to buy our first home. They answered all of our questions quickly and knowledgeably and made the process fun and easy.

It took me two years to find the house I wanted. (Only because I'm picky) Ben was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to see me happy. I would recommend him to anyone.
