We could not have been happier with our purchase experience. Barb helped our daughter find her home, and did a great job, so we were happy to have her help us too. Our challenge was timing, we’re retired and needed all the proceeds from our sale to make the transition. Barb recognized that we were going to need more time to get under contract before we could seriously search….so she helped us decide on where and what type of layout would work best. Our sale took much longer than we anticipated, but Barb never stopped looking and provided us with consistent information about specific homes and markets.
