We could not have been happier with our purchase experience. Barb helped our daughter find her home, and did a great job, so we were happy to have her help us too. Our challenge was timing, we’re retired and needed all the proceeds from our sale to make the transition. Barb recognized that we were going to need more time to get under contract before we could seriously search….so she helped us decide on where and what type of layout would work best. We started months before the actual move to Tampa. But from early on, we were in communication. Once arrived to Tampa, she worked with us to find the home we wanted. She listened to our wishes and after a few weeks, she showed us the ideal house. After the sale/purchase, she continued to help out with necessary paperwork needed by me to handle some insurance stuff. All in all, she has been wonderful to work with!
