Kirk and his team were quick to answer any questions we had as first time home sellers. The process as a whole went very smooth and communication was top notch the whole time. Highlights include Kirk coming over to the house to inspect the home for himself before listing, easy to work e-signing documents and getting an offer on the house in just a few days. Having Rachel as my agent was great. Her communication was excellent. She always made herself available in case I had questions, or needed a better explanation on certain things.
