Omar's communication was great throughout our home purchasing process. We typically did not have to wait long for a response to any question we asked and he constantly checked up on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or problems. He was very knowledgable - especially considering how long he has been working in real estate. One key attribute was his candor with regard to questions to which he did not know the answer. He let us know that he did not know the answer and would find out what the answer was and get back to us - which he always did. Most importantly, that showed his commitment to providing accurate information. It also shows the quality of the team with which he works and the support/guidance they provide. We were very happy with Omar's assistance with understanding the Wichita/Andover housing market. He was very helpful in the negotiation and purchase process.
