Stephanie is the best of what you could want from a realtor. She's detail orientated, knows the business and has a keen eye for real estate. Stephanie immediately returns cell, text and emails, other's don't. She also has a quality you're not going to find in many realtors, she's honest and trustworthy. If you are interviewing for realtors to sell your home, don't look further. There are a lot of other realtors who are used car salesman giving their pitch, then abandon you after the sales contract is signed. That's not Stephanie.

Stephanie set aside an entire weekend to work with us on finding a house, as we had to fly into the area. Thankfully, we found the house on the first day, after looking at half-a-dozen. She worked late into the evening to setup the offer and provide a response from the owners. During the entire closing process, she answered questions, worked with us on the inspection (due to needing to fly back into the area), kept us apprised of what was happening, ensured the lender and title company continued moving forward, and she provided a virtual walk-through. Overall, out of the 5 or so real-estate agents I've worked with, she is the best. I cannot recommend her enough, and I would work with her again.
