Stephanie went above and beyond my expectations. As a military family, we have moved several times and Stephanie is by far the best realtor I have had the opportunity to work with. I wish I could have her on each PCS with us! She acted quick when I realized we had an urgency to get our house on the market and she lead us into a multiple offer situation in just 5 days. She will work day and night to make sure you and your family are taken are of. Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and if/when we move back to this area, she is the only realtor I will consider!

Stephanie Hiner, you are the very best at what you do! Through the entire process of selling my house you unconditionally gave me 110%. It was unwavering! You are fierce in all the right ways. Thank you for making the selling of my house so easy.

As a first time home buyer Stephanie made the whole process easy to understand and walked us through anything and everything. She kept in contact with us and updated us when needed. She allowed me to go through the process stress free and would recommend her services for anyone in the area. She has a great attitude and is always willing to help. She also has a great team as if she wasn’t available we were able to meet up with her team member Justin. Thank you so much Stephanie and Justin! Highly recommended!

Stephanie was always positive and kept us going through all the curve balls sent our wall. She was always going above and beyond to solve issues that weren’t even her own to solve. She is very knowledgeable about the market and is always responsive. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

As a first-time home buyer with my fiancée, we were incredibly grateful to have Stephanie as our realtor. She was extremely responsive throughout our the entire process, matching our late evening communication with the many questions first-time home buyers have. New to the area, we came a great distance to view houses. We appreciated that she was extremely efficient with our time based on how she scheduled our viewings. Based on her knowledge of the market, she created the timelines necessary so that we could view houses, including our home. As someone who has spent her life here, Stephanie was able to answer a lot of questions about the area, and provide recommendations based on where we were looking. During the process of viewing houses, she was helped us identify potential areas of concern within the houses we viewed or based on their location. This included potential wear and tear of appliances or floors, age of house infrastructure like HVAC units, and proximity to I95 or other double yellow roads. Once we viewed our current house, she was helpful in working through the offer process and having a us coordinate a very aggressive schedule for closing (which the sellers insisted on), which occurred in less than 35 days from the day made our offer. During the closing we identified a few areas of concern with the house that we purchased. She successfully was able to negotiate a significant amount of compensation to have our concerns addressed. Once we officially closed on the house, she still continued to check in on us through the first couple of weeks. We did experience a significant piece of maintenance that could not have been foreseen during our inspection. We used Stephanie's recommendation to have it addressed and were very satisfied with the outcome. We would certainly use her again if we needed realtor services in the future.

Stephanie was very professional and friendly. She is very efficient and truly cared.

One of the finest Realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Absolutely will be going back to Stephanie in the future and referring friends and family. Stephanie’s tireless work ethic and unsurpassed dedication to her clients is world class. There are not enough stars on this review to properly categorize this level of performance!!!

Stephanie helped my wife and I during a very difficult time for us. She was caring, understanding and followed through on everything she said she would. She made the sale of our home SO easy. She had someone come out and take professional photos quickly and once we hit the market she booked showings immediately and wasted no time with marketing to include post cards, all internet sites, and I’m sure she did more that we didn’t know about/see. Our home sold in NINE days and I truly believe it was because she is amazing and she knows how to “sell”. We cannot thank her enough and now we can start our new journey without having to worry about the past. She’s truly amazing!!

What a gem! Stephanie is amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she goes above and beyond at every level. She assisted in every step of the process with an eager and professional attitude. Stephanie helped us to set up all utilities and find a reasonable contractor to help us turn this house into our home! We wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie for any and all real estate needs!
