We were referred to Stephanie Hiner by a friend, and she was outstanding in helping us purchase our 5-bedroom home in Fredericksburg, VA. As military buyers relocating to Virginia from out of state, we had only 1.5 days to tour homes, and Stephanie cleared her schedule to make the most of our time. She was responsive, available evenings and weekends, and extremely knowledgeable about the area, schools, and housing market. During tours, Stephanie looked beyond the surface and helped us evaluate important details we could have easily missed, including HVAC, utilities, wells, septic, electrical systems, and other major home considerations. She handled all the paperwork, coordinated inspections and professionals, and even completed the final walkthrough when we could not be there. Stephanie made the home-buying process much less stressful and provided exceptional representation when we couldn’t be present for many of the typical pre-closing tasks.
