We were referred to Stephanie Hiner by a friend, and she was outstanding in helping us purchase our 5-bedroom home in Fredericksburg, VA. As military buyers relocating to Virginia from out of state, we had only 1.5 days to tour homes, and Stephanie cleared her schedule to make the most of our time. During tours, Stephanie looked beyond the surface and helped us evaluate important details we could have easily missed, including HVAC, utilities, wells, septic, electrical systems, and other major home considerations. Stephanie is fantastic! My husband got an offer to move down south and it all happened so fast. I researched agents and found a lot to be very pushy but I didn’t feel that way with Stephanie. I sent in a request to talk with her at like 5 in the morning and shortly after I received a text that introduced herself and said whenever I wanted to talk she would make herself available. From then on we met and we loved her personality. We moved out of state before our home was even on the market and Stephanie made the process as painless as possible!
