After she listened to me about how much I thought I should list for and why, we took a tour and then she gave me the facts. We talked, I listened and she listened, we then came up with a listing price. She THOROUGHLY explained her process of how she would put my house on the market, we developed a timeline and proceeded. I received an offer in 7 days. Through the closing process Stephanie hung in there with me, answered all my questions (no matter how silly), she advised me, but mostly she made me feel extremely comfortable and included in the process. Stephanie was a Godsend at a time I needed it most. I found myself in the middle of a challenging situation of having to help my dear aunt who was terminally ill through the process of downsizing and selling her home.
