Stephanie is the best real estate agent on the planet! Several years prior to the sale she visited and gave me insight into the local market, trends that she was observing and the price range. You’ve literally never met someone who will work harder to make your home dreams come true like Stephanie. She will grind, claw, fight, and defend you and your family as if it were her own. I’ve met a handful of people who as dedicated and passionate about what they do, who are constantly working on developing themselves professionally, and make their client’s priority their own. I can talk about how amazing she is all day, but really what I think about sitting in my new house is, “there’s no way my dream could have come true if SHE wasn’t the one in my corner.” We are first time homebuyers and she educated us, helped us, and fought for the things we don’t know matter yet in negotiations. I walked away feeling like a winner, and it was such an enjoyable experience to be honest. People I know were commenting on how grueling buying a home can be, and how all realtors do us show houses and take their commission. I felt, from day one, that I was a priority, and Stephanie made it all happen. I called and said I wanted to buy a house, fast, gave her my number, and told her the house I wanted. I’m in it writing this review. Closed quickly, she connected us to an AMAZING team, and now I look forward to all the things we fantasized over while walking through it. Christmas tree over there, etc. She feels like family. Proud of our win, proud of what we all accomplished, and as happy as we are to get here. I wish I had more money to buy more homes from her. Stephanie's knowledge, skills, and abilities to market our home expedited the home sale process.
