This was my first time purchasing a place. Audra was there for every step of the way. Going through the whole process Audra was patient and was willing to take the time to explain all the little things. We viewed several places until I was able to find my home. The only reason I was able to find my place was because Audra took the extra time and found an open house in an area I was looking for. It is now my place and I can’t be more grateful. Audra is always there for you and willing to communicate. She was helpful throughout the whole process and super supportive. I am thankful to have had her by my side through a process I had no idea what to expect.

We had a very unique situation to buy our home. Audra took a very complex scenario and made it seamless. She stuck with us through all of the hoops and worked on our behalf to secure the property of our dreams. Audra also helped us sell our home and all of the detail and effort that she put into marketing was unbelievable. We were blown away with the care that she gave us. I have dealt with a lot of realtors and they are all a dime a dozen. Audra is really a cut above. She went way above and beyond and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Audra was a huge help in buying my first home. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer any questions I had and gave me answers to questions I had not even thought of yet. While searching for condos to look at she was always sending me new locations that fit in my criteria. This helped so much in making sure I wasn’t settling for a place I didn’t love, ensuring I was happy with my new place. Whenever I had questions or wanted to go to a viewing I always received a fast response, and she worked with my schedule very well allowing me to view many places in the days and weeks I searched. When I finally found the place I wanted she helped me through the entire purchase. Helping me make sure every step was done before the deadlines, and sending me references to help get everything finished. Overall Audra was amazing to have help me through the stress of buying a house.

Audra was available to assist at every occasion. She was friendly and professional and managed to sell a 108 year old home in less than 4 months.

Audra always has a smile on her face to go along with her sweet personality she goes out of her way to be helpful, which includes her enlisting family to help, she is hard working paying attention to even the littlest detail she shares good advise and returns calls very promptly. We truly appreciate all that she did to facilitate selling our home we would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home!
