We have sold and bought a house with Ryan and Annmarie. Selling, we sold in under a week. They did a great job of pricing, marketing and showing our home. We were selling from out of town and they took care of everything to get the house ready to sell. They made the process seamless. Buying: We searched for a house in Savannah for months and couldn't find anything we liked. There was a point where we were considering offering on a house that was overpriced - Ryan and Annmarie advised against it, even though they would've made more commission on that house than the house we ultimately bought. It just goes to show that they operate with integrity, with their client's best interest at heart versus being motivated by a bottom line. We will always use Ryan and Annmarie any time we are buying or selling in the Savannah area. Cannot recommend them enough!

Reached out to Ann-Marie regarding seeing a listing of hers. Both she and her husband, Ryan, work together and this tag-team - I discovered - was a HUGE factor in my being able to expediently view the home I’d seen online. She was busy so Ryan said “I can be there in 1/2 an hour”. That place wasn’t a good fit but I had such confidence in him immediately based on his general advice and knowledge of Savannah I knew I’d be using Ann-Marie and Ryan to find my home. Ann-Marie helped us with both, selling our home in Savannah and purchasing our new home in Richmond Hill. When searching for our new home, she was able take our lengthy list of requirements and quickly find suitable homes in the area we wanted. She was excellent at scheduling walk-throughs and drafting offer letters on our timeline, which helped us to quickly get the house we now call home. For selling our previous home, she coordinated everything. As a family with young kids at the time, we did not have the time (nor experience) to sell the house ourselves. She handled the pictures, advertising, open houses, and finding cleaners/handymen to get the best value on our sale. She spent many hours showing the property, coordinating with other realtors / buyers and walking us through the multiple offers we received. She was able to get us copies of the buyers inspection reports, contacts/options for second opinions and was very responsive and efficient through the whole process.
