My husband and I have worked with Ann for around 10 months as we looked for our perfect coastal NC home. She was always available and on many occasions did online virtual walkthroughs when we were unable to travel. Her knowledge of the market ,construction process and local contractors was invaluable. We could not have gotten the perfect home without her. She went above an beyond. I highly recommend her especially if you are negotiating the process of finding a home in coastal Carolina while living hours away!
