We were moving to the area, but were unable to visit homes in-person due to the quick nature of the market. Andy took time to give us virtual tours of homes, show us around the neighborhoods, and followed up on any questions we had about things we saw. When we moved forward with a home, he even had a professional videographer come to provide us high-quality video of the home we were purchasing. During the purchasing process, he walked us through all the paperwork and was never hard to reach for a question. Once we purchased, he held onto the key for us, hired a landscaper to cut the lawn until we arrived, and even had the house cleaned. This only covers a fraction of the personal touches along the way. From start to finish (and beyond), Andy made the process of home buying easier and made us feel like a neighbor before we even arrived. In our search for a house, we went on our own to many houses we were interested in, and let the seller’s Realtor show us the home. In a way, what we were doing, was interviewing them through actual experience. We’ve also done this in the past, so we have experienced many Realtors. This business can be a lot like a car lot experience. Time and again, the Realtors would say and do the same things, which showed they really didn’t care about the people all that much. A few we met stood out above the rest and then we met Andy. It was clear he knew just as much as all the other Realtors, but a great surprise was he really cared about helping us more than helping himself.
