I honestly did not think it was possible for me to find a house that I could afford and that I would like in an area that I would enjoy. Andy did a great job of sending me all possible houses. Anytime I was interested in a house he was quick to offer to show it to me and schedule an upcoming time. He was also good at walking through the house and giving his feedback and input. When I had decided I wanted to put an offer in on a house, he encouraged me to see it for a second time. All throughout the process, his communication was great, and he helped me understand all of the paperwork and contracts every step of the way. He connected me to an excellent and helpful lender and an awesome inspector. He even referred me to a handyman he personally knew who could help get the little things fixed once I closed on the house. I would definitely recommend Andy as a realtor and in fact I do tell anyone I know looking for a house that they should contact him.

You'll know from the headline both (a) that I'm probably a philosopher and (b) that I thought Andy was simply superb. He was extremely professional throughout all interactions while maintaining genuine friendliness and helpfulness. His feedback on homes (which we had to assess sight-unseen except for virtual visits) when touring them over Zoom with us was detailed without being over-the-top, and he was great at suggesting creative and practical ways for using the space we'd see on camera. He was prompt in communications no matter the situation, and when he happened to be stopping near us on a brief vacation, he took the time to meet with me in person for a coffee and walk me through the buying process some more. Given that we were living about 14 hours of driving away, this was a huge gift! I should also add that we visited the house we bought after our offer on it was selected. Since we hadn't spent much time in the area, Andy offered to give us a personalized tour, and that tour was easily the most meaningful and memorable portion of our visit. And it clearly shows that Andy is a realtor that cares deeply about his clients not just as clients but also as people in themselves. He's a stellar guy with serious knowledge of what's going on in the Lexington/Wilmore/Nicholasville/etc. area. If you're looking for a home, you should absolutely get in touch.
