Andrew is a very trustworthy individual you can count on to get the job done. I was so frustrated when the first buyers backed out of the sale. I really wanted to throw in the towel. Andrew was able to convince me to hang in there and we would make the sale and we did, with more than one offer. He is always in contact with you from start to finish and he is completely honest about everything! I must stress, that's extremely rare in today's world. Andrew's service goes above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. Even before we were ready to list, Andrew kept us apprised of market conditions, both generally and in our specific area, and of our home value and what we could expect when it was time to sell. When we were ready to sell, he explained his sales philosophy and process so we would know just what to expect when our home went on the market. He gave excellent counsel for finishing up projects, making sure our home was primed to sell, and also helped us with staging and prepping to be certain our home showed at its best. When we needed vendors to help with projects, his referrals were all top of the line and provided quality service. As a result, we sold quickly, and for a happy price. Andrew kept us informed throughout the sales and closing process. We were never blindsided or surprised by anything, and always knew exactly where we were in the process. We found him to be an agent who was not only knowledgeable and professional, but an individual of the highest integrity. I would recommend Andrew to anyone buying or selling a home (and in fact, we have). In future real estate transactions, he will always be our top choice.

Andrew, was extremely professional, walked us through every step that we did not understand, was willing to go the distance in the tough market we were looking at. Andrew was extremely wonderful to work with! He takes the time in the beginning to sit down with you to figure out what is important to the two of you. It is a bit of a cheesy exercise, but truly works to see what is important to the individuals buying the house and why those things are important. We asked to look at a couple houses before sitting down to go over what we were looking for, the houses we looked at after the exercise all had what we were looking for. So take the time to sit down during the initial consultation before going out to look at houses. It will save both of you time in the log run! He is extremely knowledgeable of the different areas of Colorado and more importantly the Denver Metro Area. I would 100% use his recommendation for home inspection! Seven Peaks went above and beyond anything i was expecting in the process! Andrew was very eager to do what needed to be done, when it needed to be done and was always willing to get into his car in order to meet me at a house if i wanted to look at it. I've hired Andrew as my realtor to buy two homes and sell one now and I've been very pleased with the experience each time.
