Andrew was able to convince me to hang in there and we would make the sale and we did, with more than one offer. Andrew was extremely wonderful to work with! He takes the time in the beginning to sit down with you to figure out what is important to the two of you. It is a bit of a cheesy exercise, but truly works to see what is important to the individuals buying the house and why those things are important. We asked to look at a couple houses before sitting down to go over what we were looking for, the houses we looked at after the exercise all had what we were looking for. So take the time to sit down during the initial consultation before going out to look at houses. It will save both of you time in the log run! He is extremely knowledgeable of the different areas of Colorado and more importantly the Denver Metro Area. I would 100% use his recommendation for home inspection!
