It was an absolute pleasure working with Andrew! Andrew sold our home in less than 10 days for $30K over asking and we never hit the open market! Andrew made the selling process so easy and was there to support us when ever we had questions. We feel like we gained a friend and not just a real estate agent! I highly recommend Andrew for all of your real estate needs.
Andrew really knew the market for our area, He did a great job with guiding us through every step being it was our first time selling a home. Andrew performed as he said he would upon our first meeting.
We worked with Allen to sell our condo in May. We were able to get multiple offers after one weekend / 2 very busy open houses. Allen was professional and friendly. He helped us set the appropriate price and helped to guide us through the entire process smoothly. He was an excellent negotiator and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Allen for your future home sale or purchase.
He totally understands the market, set a realistic selling price, then handles every aspect of the process. I’ve worked with him twice on separate properties and he hit the bid on both. Selling prices exceeded listing both times. Couldn’t have been a better customer experience.
I can't overstate how happy we were with Andrew Allen's level of customer service, attention to detail and knowledge of the marketplace on the recent sale of our house which was in our family for 53 years. He explained every part of the process that we would go through and accurately predicted the sequence of events that would eventually end up in selling the house for substantially more than the asking price. In addition to his professionalism, deep knowledge of the market and attention to detail, he had a personal touch and a genuine empathy for the emotions that were tied to us selling a property that was a big part of our family history. Overall he did a fantastic job and I would recommend him highly
I have used Andrew to both buy my home and then sell my home. He is truly what you want in an agent. He has your best interests in mind and is the utmost professional. He is experienced and knows the market. If you need a realtor, Andrew is definitely the person to contact!
I couldn't have asked for a better, more professional real estate person. He knew what he was talking about, extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. He was patient, courteous, pleasant, etc. He lead me in the right direction, which benefited me as well as the buyer. I give Andrew my TOP recommendation. I would recommend him to any and all of my friend, neighbors, or family members who are looking to buy or sell a home.
Andrew Allen is a consummate real estate agent. We highly recommend you use Andrew as your real estate agent. He helped us sell our home quickly—in eight days and $31,000 over asking! He also helped us find the home of our dreams. Andrew doesn’t just sell—he’s a partner. He helped us through every aspect of the sales process, including negotiating and closing. Andrew also happens to be a wonderful human being—something often missing in this business. We lost a parent during this process, and Andrew reached out during and after the sale to check in on how we were. Truly—one of a kind. Thank you Andrew—for all you did for us!
Andrew Allen has been my agent for all of my real estate needs. He has always come thru for me and my family with a smooth and flawless effort. Highly recommend!
Andrew Allen was by far one of the best Realtors we have worked with. He is professional, experienced and knowledgable about real estate. We followed all his recommendations and we were fortunate in getting aprox 43k over what he listed our house for. We highly recommend him.
Professional͏ and experienced Andrew’s advice was spot on. We were able to sell my mom’s townhouse quickly and well above asking. I would definitely recommend him.
