We sat down and went over everything, price, staging, etc. He priced it right and it sold in a week over asking price without an open house. It was the easiest sale for me. There was zero stress and I this is my third house I owned. He was outstanding and was always around if you needed to speak to him. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Andrew was great to us. We contacted him at tha beginning of covid and then realized we couldn't sell our rental property because of the NJ eviction moratorium for almost two years. And Andrew stuck with us for almost two years. In the end he had a contract on the house before it was put on the market. He gave us great advice along the way, always returned calls promptly and kept his word.
