It was a joy to work with Andrew in this crazy market. We were renting a house and the owners unexpectedly put it up for sale. Houses were disappearing within hours of going on the market and we were getting worried. Andrew knew of a house that was not yet on the market and gave us a tour via Facetime. We were concerned about its sky lights so he drove over and checked for leaks after a heavy rainfall. We bought the house and are moving in this weekend. Everyone Andrew recommended along the way was top-notch, too. We can't thank him and his Office Manager, Cris, for their hard work.

Andrew was so wonderful to work with! My husband and I purchased our home in Landing all the way from Monterey, CA!!! We did not get to visit any of the homes in person, but we knew we could trust Andrew's judgement. He FaceTimed us for showings, took pictures/videos of the surrounding street and neighborhood to give us the best picture of what we were looking at. Andrew treated the process as though he was buying a home for himself and was honest when he thought the house was not right for x,y,z reasons. He was not just looking to sell us a home fast and make his commission. Andrew was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and made the whole home buying process seamless. Andrew was great to us. We contacted him at tha beginning of covid and then realized we couldn't sell our rental property because of the NJ eviction moratorium for almost two years. And Andrew stuck with us for almost two years. In the end he had a contract on the house before it was put on the market. He gave us great advice along the way, always returned calls promptly and kept his word.
Andrew is a fantastic broker that I highly recommend. He educated me on current market conditions, what to expect, what to consider across offers, etc.. Everything that he said could, or would likely happen, did in fact happen! We had a plan in place for everything. He really goes above and beyond to help his clients through the process and keep them informed on what all parties are responsible for. He is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and he always made himself available when I had a question or concern. His assistant Christina is also top-notch and very responsive.
