Compassionate, Knowledgeable Tiger. Andrew Allen is someone I met in 2011 at an open house and my wife and I immediately took a liking to him and asked him to help us find a new home. For various reasons we weren't able to move, but always remembered how knowledgeable and friendly and understanding he was. When it was time to sell our home we thought of him immediately. Andrew understood our circumstances and our emotional attachment to the home and our challenges. He listened, showed real caring and helped us put a game plan together. He brought in a wonderful photographer and a home designer who made terrific recommendations on what to improve in the house. Through every bump in the road he was a calming presence and helped us get to the finish line with much less stress than we expected. His suggestions and ideas also helped us get an exorbitant amount of money more than we were asking for our home. He's skillfully managed all of the offers and reoffers and final rounds of bidding to get us to a wonderful finish line that was beyond our wildest expectations. Andrew has an answer for everything that might pop up and either has a solution or gets one quickly. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Andrew and will always consider him a family friend moving forward. I worked with Andrew for about a year before I found my ideal purchase. It was a very fun experience for me (although Andrew might have found it frustrating). Although I was NOT looking for an investment property, another investment in which I was involved without any management oversight or decision-making sold for a significant profit. I considered doing a 1031 Exchange, but at the time I didn’t want to deal with tenants again (I’m 76). But my daughter-in-law received an “interesting” ski resort condo listing. Andrew was able to show it as well as arrange for us to see two other units on that same day. We LOVED one of the other units and put in an offer that night which included some incentives suggested by Andrew that assured my offer’s acceptance. We closed 30 days later. We’re thrilled.
