For various reasons we weren't able to move, but always remembered how knowledgeable and friendly and understanding he was. When it was time to sell our home we thought of him immediately. Andrew understood our circumstances and our emotional attachment to the home and our challenges. He listened, showed real caring and helped us put a game plan together. What I enjoyed most about Andrew was that he took to time to get to know what we were REALLY looking for and to understand our needs. I worked with Andrew for about a year before I found my ideal purchase. It was a very fun experience for me (although Andrew might have found it frustrating). Although I was NOT looking for an investment property, another investment in which I was involved without any management oversight or decision-making sold for a significant profit. I considered doing a 1031 Exchange, but at the time I didn’t want to deal with tenants again (I’m 76). But my daughter-in-law received an “interesting” ski resort condo listing. Andrew was able to show it as well as arrange for us to see two other units on that same day. We LOVED one of the other units and put in an offer that night which included some incentives suggested by Andrew that assured my offer’s acceptance. We closed 30 days later. We’re thrilled.
