From the start, Andy treated us like family. He handled everything from advice on how to prep the house for sale, understanding market values, who to call for water testing and even help with working through some issues that came up during inspection. He helped quickly answer any questions we had and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was endlessly patient and was in constant communication with us as well as with the buyers realtor. At one point he took the initiative to make some calls and clear up a misunderstanding regarding a clause in the contract and called us after to let us know it was all resolved almost before we were completely aware there was anything to resolve. Coming into the home buying process for the first time, my wife and I were a bit lost. And in today's market, it's easy to get discouraged. Andrew not only provided the support and guidance we needed, but demonstrated time after time that we could trust his expertise. He was patient, wise, and blunt when he needed to be--something that you don't realize you need until you have it. Some realtors would let you purchase a wet cardboard box if it meant earning your commission. Andrew would laugh at it with you and then get back to work on finding the home you deserve. Since Andrew successfully found us the home we dreamt of, I can't imagine needing him anytime soon.
