From the start, Andy treated us like family. He handled everything from advice on how to prep the house for sale, understanding market values, who to call for water testing and even help with working through some issues that came up during inspection. He helped quickly answer any questions we had and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was endlessly patient and was in constant communication with us as well as with the buyers realtor.
