"Thank you Andrew ! Not only did you sell my house within 4 days!!! But you found me my dream home too!!! In this market it's literally impossible to do both. I will reccomend all to use you in both selling and buying. Your knowledge and experience really makes all diffrence. Thank you again Andrew!!"
"Andrew was a great agent throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond what was expected. Selling a house can be stressful and Andrew made the process as smooth as possible. His communication was excellent and knowledge of the area was exactly what I was looking for when choosing a realtor to sell my home. Thank you for a successful sale."
My wife and I had the great pleasure and satisfaction of working with Andrew Allen. Andrew is a very hardworking, intelligent, creative, honest, and dependable person who approached our unique situation with our best interests at heart. Andrew knows the business and the market inside and out and takes the time to understand his client’s needs and wants and, as a result, provides valuable insight, options and recommendations. Having Andrew by our side throughout the entire process was invaluable as well as comforting. We would never hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone for any reason.
"Andrew was amazing and everything we wanted and needed in a real estate agent. He truly listened to our needs and wants. He was honest and forthright during the whole process. Gave good advice and counsel and also, diplomatically, told us when we were getting too crazy! I'll use him for any other transaction we have and will be the bar at which we judge other agents. Thank you Andrew."
Andrew was terrific in all aspects throughout the entire process, from the day he sat down with us when we decided to list the house up until the final closing. He is personable, very responsive and knowledgeable of the local market. He will look out for your best interests and I felt very confident trusting him with selling our home. We were very pleased with him and will recommend him to others.
"Andrew did an excellent job on a difficult sale. He was helpful and professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend Andrew. Great guy and a great realtor."
Andrew Allen exceeded my husband and I’s expectations throughout the entire process of selling our home. We have and continue to recommend him to family and friends when buying or selling in Denville (especially within the lake communities). He is a true pro and his work / reputation speaks for itself. Our house was under contract with multiple full price offers in less than a week. Andrew crushed it. Once we saw Andrew's initial presentation, we knew he was the only choice. Andrew was a consummate professional throughout the process, bringing clear knowledge and obvious experience to every step. Andrew showed a perfect balance of professional and friendly. Though he clearly had plenty of other clients, he always managed to give us undivided attention. We dealt with Christina Parente on numerous occasions, and she showed the same blend of kindness and competence as Andrew. The experience was as painless as selling a house could possibly be, and Andrew made that possible. A+++++

Andrew Allen knows Denville better than anyone! Working with him was a fantastic experience! We moved to NJ from out of state and he helped us hone in on the perfect neighborhood for us. He listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect place! Fast forward nine months and he was able to find the perfect buyer for our house during a global pandemic. He was great to work with and was very helpful every step of the way. Having bought and sold a house with Andrew, we highly recommend him for any of your home purchasing and selling needs!
Andrew made closing on our dream home extremely smooth. Since closing last month, I have recommended his services to all of my friends and colleagues. He is open and honest when you are looking to purchase a home. He will not force you into something if it is not right for you. He truly has your best interests in mind and that is the most important thing when working with him. He has my utmost respect as a realtor and as a human being.
Andrew, thank you so much for helping us for buying our new home. You were a true professional, extremely detailed and patient. Your knowledge about the area and the market helped us to seal the deal. You understood our needs and situation, the fact that without your help we could not have moved forward on our home purchase. We always felt you were there for us and sincerely appreciate it. The fact that you always promptly responded to any question regarding our real-estate transaction. We found this attribute to be very helpful as buying and selling a house can be very stressful! We HIGHLY recommend you to anyone looking for the "BEST in the BUSINESS" to sell or buy their home! You truly have the customer's best interest at heart from the moment you meet them until the job is done!
We were very pleased with Andrew. He handled our purchase and sale. He was attentive and professional and is very accessible, which was very important to us. He made this difficult process much easier. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
