Andrew Allen was available on short notice to show many houses to us over two weekends, which significantly contributed to finding our home. He was also very patient- we saw eight houses on one day, and he had no problem spending all that time with us. He also gave good advice on how to best structure our offer, which helped us successfully got our contract accepted by the seller when there were multiple bidders. He has very good insight into what will sell a home, and what may possibly be wrong with a house. Up front, his service included covering the cost of a "stager" a couple months before we listed, which allowed us ample time to make the MANY changes required to get our house to sell quickly.
