Up front, his service included covering the cost of a "stager" a couple months before we listed, which allowed us ample time to make the MANY changes required to get our house to sell quickly. The comps he outlined were clearly right on and when it came time to list, the efforts of Andrew along with the timing / price / promotion drew a massive amount of interest, creating buyers hysteria and ultimately bringing in 5 offers in 4 days and driving the price of our house up by over $20k.
