We used Andrew to help us find our first house, and then when we eventually outgrew that house, he helped us sell it and find what we hope to be our forever house. When meeting Andrew at an open house in our dream area, my husband and I instantly knew we were going to hire him. Moving with a toddler and no family to help can be an absolute nightmare but Andrew put us at ease every step of the way. He was the most honest and helpful person throughout this process. Andrew was able to help us navigate a rather tricky situation involving a same day closing on the sale of our house and purchase of a new one. Problems arose during inspection on both houses and Andrew was there at every step to advise and point us in the right direction.
