The comps he outlined were clearly right on and when it came time to list, the efforts of Andrew along with the timing / price / promotion drew a massive amount of interest, creating buyers hysteria and ultimately bringing in 5 offers in 4 days and driving the price of our house up by over $20k. He handled the typical back and forth well and gave advice throughout that process as well. Within 1 week, our house was under contract. Within 7, someone new was enjoying the house we loved for 13 years! All in all, an enjoyable, fast and educational experience from Andrew!
